Mary Jo Irmen the author of the books Farming Without the Bank and Wealth Without the Bank or Wall Street.

Since 2011, Mary Jo has worked as a Certified Infinite Banking Practitioner while learning from the creator, R. Nelson Nash. As a seven-year veteran of the Infinite Banking Concept she has helped clients from across the United States make the bank Plan B. She spends countless hours teaching this concept so clients know what they are doing and why they are doing it.

A native of Georgia, Nash received a B.S. Degree in Forestry from the University of Georgia, 1952. From 1954-1963, Nash worked as a Consulting Forester in eastern North Carolina.

Val Farmer is a well-known clinical psychologist specializing in family business consultation and mediation with farm families. Val has spent the majority of his career as staple columnist and writer for major agriculture publications, a well-known guest on top syndicated radio shows, and is known as the expert in rural psychology. Val’s written columns were read for more than three decades!

His resume includes a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Arizona, thirty-one years of counseling experience in North and South Dakota and multiple positions on boards for rural health and psychology.

Besides his work with marital relationships and rural mental health issues, Dr. Farmer has developed mediation and conflict resolution consultation services to family businesses, particularly farm and ranch families in business together. Several national farm publications have carried his ideas on how to integrate a business and family perspective into a viable business structure and the communication/organizational skills involved for successful team building.

Dr. Farmer latest book is “To Have and To Hold: Thoughts on Successful Marriage.” He has written two previous books, “Honey I Shrunk the Farm” and “Making the Good Life Better.” He has written numerous booklets on various mental health and rural mental health topics. Val and his wife Darlene have celebrated 48 years of marriage. They have seven children, five daughters, and two sons. Currently, they have 28 grandchildren.

Most recently Dr. Farmer and his wife completed a two-year church mission to Mongolia, returning to their home in Missouri this past July. He currently offers mediation and consultation services to farm and ranch families experiencing conflict and communication difficulties in their family businesses.

Mark Davis grew up on a grain and livestock farm in central Illinois. In 1975, he received an Applied Science Degree in Agriculture at Blackhawk East College in Kewanee, IL.

He operated a 90 sow farrow to finish hog operation for 35 years along with grain farming. He has been technically charting commodity price action for 20 years and became a licensed commodity broker in 2002.
